What We Do

When someone receives an end-of-life diagnosis, their whole world is shaken. Receiving a terminal diagnosis is hard, not just for the patient but also for their caregivers and loved ones. Unfortunately, a terminal diagnosis can often lead to isolation, as friends and family find it too difficult and begin to distance themselves. That is why we exist.

Whether you have received an terminal diagnosis, you are the family member of someone who has, or you are a caregiver, we are here to walk with you through this challenging season. We offer the following ways to get involved:

  • Facebook Family of Faith Support Group

  • Monthly Card Program

  • Family of Faith Church Service

Why do we do what we do? We believe each person is created with inherent worth, and no one treated people with more worth than Jesus. We want to love people the way Jesus loved them, and this is a tangible way to demonstrate that love.

To get connected, find our support group on Facebook, join our monthly church services, or click here to complete this form and we’ll reach out.
